Submission

All submissions will undergo double-blind peer-review. Abstracts and full papers must be submitted in EasyChair. Abstracts are due before the full paper submission in order to start with the review process. Please note that we require a full paper for the review process

The accepted full research papers will be included in a volume of Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) as DESRIST 2025 Proceedings. All other types of submissions will be published in some form on the DESRIST 2025 Website.  Please note that no other submissions than full research papers will be considered for the Springer proceedings.

  • Full Research paper – 12-15 pages properly formatted according to Springer template.
  • Research-in-Progress – 6-11 pages properly formatted according to Springer template.
  • Prototype Submissions  should be submitted via EasyChair using the “Prototypes” track by March 31, 2025.

Instructions to Authors

Please ensure your paper adheres to the required Springer format, and submit the pdf version for review.

Please ensure that author names are blinded in your submission (author names should not appear on manuscript).

The accepted papers will be published in a volume of Springer LNCS series – (Lecture Notes in Computer Science ).
All submissions should report original research that has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere.

To comply with Springer publication guidelines manuscripts may be submitted through a plagiarism-checking tool, following both submissions for review and the arrival of the files at Springer. Please see the Springer website for more information.

All manuscripts must be formatted using Springer Style Files and Templates. Only submissions made in the correct format will be considered for the proceedings. Submissions must be between 12 to 15 pages (with 15 pages an absolute maximum). Full paper submissions should be between 12 to 15 pages (with 15 pages an absolute maximum). Research In Progress (RIP) papers should ideally be between 6 and 11 pages with 11 pages an absolute maximum. Please note RIP papers will not be considered for the Springer proceedings, but accepted RIP papers will be available on the conference website during the conference. On acceptance of full research papers, authors will be required to submit a signed Licence to Publish form, through which the copyright of their paper is transferred to Springer. A link to the form and instructions will be provided on the conference website. An option for open access, at an additional cost, will be available to authors – see Springer Open Access Publishing.
